MARCO PATRUNO

I have attended three Conservation Guardians – Conservation Education – courses in southern Africa.
Each course taught me something new; moreover, my academic horizons have been broadening from attending these educational experiences. In particular, I learnt how the biodiversity is essential for all us and observed, practically live, evolutionary steps that I teach during my anatomy lessons.
I believe that the Conservation Achievement Score initiated by Conservation Guardians will make a significant impact on the future of SA natural parks and reserves; we, in Europe, should look carefully at results obtained using this conservation index.
