Event 2

Within the framework of national biodiversity objectives. A journey through the three pillars of our system: the social pillar, economic pillar and ecological pillar; to demonstrate that we all belong to one system. The journey will include visiting protected areas, private protected areas and a world heritage site.

We explore the delicate balance between eco-tourism experiences and achieving conservation objectives. During this experience we interrogate the effects of tourist demand on our systems.

This tour is either in Kwa Zulu Natal or the Eastern Cape and Garden Route, depending on the time of the year.
